Chinese Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp oil
    1 None onion, finely chopped
    1 lb ground beef
    5 oz shredded cabbage
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
    2 stalks celery, finely chopped
    2 slices bacon, finely chopped
    2 None eggs, lightly beaten
    None None vegetable oil, for shallow-frying
    None None sweet chili sauce, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Saute onion for 3-4 mins, until tender. Transfer to a large bowl with remaining ingredients. Season then roll into meatballs.
    Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan to 350\u00b0F. Shallow-fry meatballs for 6-8 mins, turning, until cooked through. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot or cold with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
