Bircher Muesli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups rolled oats
    1 cup apple (or orange) juice
    8 oz chopped fruit, plus extra to serve
    3/4 cup plain yogurt
    1/4 cup sliced almonds
    1/4 cup raisins
    1/4 cup honey
    None None cinnamon sugar, for sprinkling
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine oats and juice. Cover and chill overnight.
    When ready to serve, fold in remaining ingredients. Serve topped with extra fruit and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.
