Passionfruit Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp butter, melted
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    6 None egg whites
    1 jar (10 oz) lemon curd
    3 None passionfruit, pulp removed, plus additional, to serve
    None None Powdered sugar, to serve
    None None Whipped cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Brush eight 1/2-cups ramekins with the melted butter. Dust with 1/4 cup of the sugar, shaking out excess.
    Beat egg whites in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks firm. Gradually add remaining 1/4 cup sugar, beating until stiff and glossy.
    Mix lemon curd and passionfruit pulp in a large bowl. Gently fold in egg whites in two batches.
    Divide mixture evenly among ramekins. Place on a baking pan.
    Bake 10-15 mins, until risen and golden. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve immediately with whipped cream and additional passionfruit.
