Quick Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp oil
    1 lb ground beef
    2 tbsp tomato puree
    1 14 oz can sweet corn
    1 16 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    4 None roasted red peppers (from a jar), cut into strips
    1 28 oz can chopped tomatoes
    14 oz can baked beans
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    None None Pinch of sugar
    1 cup sour cream
    4 None whole green chilies (from a jar)
    None None Tortilla chips, to serve
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a saucepan and cook the meat for 5 mins. Stir in the tomato puree. Add the sweet corn and kidney beans and continue cooking for 3 mins. Add the peppers, tomatoes, baked beans and 2 cups of water. Stir and simmer for 5 mins. Add the paprika and cayenne pepper and season with salt, black pepper and a pinch of sugar.
    Spoon into bowls and top with a dollop of sour cream and a whole chilli. Serve with tortilla chips.
