Chocolate, Raspberry And Pistachio Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup unsalted butter, chopped
    7 oz dark chocolate, chopped
    1 cup brown sugar
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    3 None eggs, at room temperature, lightly whisked
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup unsalted pistachios
    3.5 oz frozen raspberries
    None None cocoa powder, to dust
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Grease and line base and sides of a 7 inch square cake pan.
    Melt butter and chocolate over a double boiler and stir until smooth. Let cool for 10 mins. Add sugar and vanilla. Add eggs then flour, pistachios and raspberries. Transfer to prepared pan, smooth surface and bake for 50 mins, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out almost clean.
    Let cool in pan. Cut into squares and dust with cocoa powder.
