Spicy Cheeseburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread, toasted, soaked in water for 2-3 mins then excess liquid squeezed out
    1 lb ground beef
    3 tbsp ketchup, plus extra to serve
    1 None large egg
    1 tsp sweet paprika
    2 tbsp oil
    1/4 head iceburg lettuce, shredded
    12 slices cheese
    2 None tomatoes, sliced
    6 None hamburger buns, toasted
    5 tbsp fresh parsley leaves
    6 None pickled chilies
Preparation
    Mix the bread, ground beef, ketchup, egg and paprika and season. Form into 6 hamburger patties.
    Heat the oil in a pan and sear the burgers for 6-8 mins, turning. Meanwhile place the lettuce, cheese and tomato on the bottom burger buns. Add a burger then ketchup, parsley, pickled chilies and the top bun. Serve.
