Marinated Veggie Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup light balsamic vinaigrette
    4 tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 None yellow squash, cut into half rounds
    2 None zucchini, cut into half rounds
    2 None bell peppers, cut into 1 inch pieces
    2 None small red onions, each cut into 6 wedges
Preparation
    Whisk together vinaigrette, 2 tbsp chopped basil and minced garlic. Thread vegetables onto soaked wooden skewers, alternating colors. Brush with 1/2 the vinaigrette then set aside to marinate for 1 hour.
    Preheat grill. Cook skewers for 2 mins per side. Serve on a platter with remaining basil and vinaigrette.
