Crispy Cauliflower With Yogurt-Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup self-rising flour + 2 tbsp
    3/4 cup beer
    None None vegetable oil, for deep-frying
    1 lb cauliflower florets
    None None Yogurt-Mustard Sauce
    1 cup Greek yogurt
    2 tbsp grainy mustard
    2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Combine flour and a pinch of salt. Whisk in beer and 1/2 cup water gradually to form a smooth batter.
    Heat oil in a large saucepan. Dip cauliflower into batter, draining off excess. Working in batches, deep-fry cauliflower for 2-3 mins, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
    To make the yogurt-mustard sauce, combine all ingredients.
    Serve cauliflower with yogurt-mustard sauce.
