Ingredients

8 (4 oz) London broil steaks, pounded to an 1/8 inch thick
4 None slices pancetta, halved
8 None slices roasted pepper
8 None large basil leaves
8 None cocktail picks
1 tbsp olive oil
1 (24 oz jar) tomato sauce
3 oz black olives
None None cooked pasta, to serve
Preparation

Place steak flat on a board. Top each with pancetta, pepper and basil. Season to taste. Roll up and secure with a cocktail pick.
Heat oil in a medium frying pan on high. Cook rolled meat for 5 minutes, turning, until browned on all sides. Finish seam-side down.
Pour over tomato sauce and sprinkle with olives. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes, turning once, until cooked through. Serve with pasta.
