Berry Blondies - cooking recipe

9 tbsp unsalted butter, chopped
10 oz white chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs, at room temperature, lightly whisked
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup self-raising flour
1 2/3 cup frozen mixed berries

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Grease and line a 10 x 6 inch (base measurement) brownie pan with parchment paper, extending paper at long sides for handles.
Combine butter and two-thirds of the chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar, then the eggs and mix well. Sift flours over chocolate mixture. Stir until combined. Fold in berries and remaining chocolate.
Pour mixture into prepared pan and level the surface. Bake for 45 minutes, or until cooked when a skewer inserted at center comes out with crumbs attached. Cover with foil halfway through cooking if browning too quickly. Cool in pan. Transfer to a board and cut into 18 pieces. Serve.
