Bacon And Guacamole Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 slices bacon
    2 None ripe avocados, peeled and mashed
    1 None lemon, juiced
    1 splash Tabasco
    8 slices bread, crusts removed
    6 tbsp creme fraiche
    1 head baby Romaine lettuce
Preparation
    Cook the bacon in a frying pan until crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels.
    Season the mashed avocado with lemon juice and Tabasco. Spread 4 slices of bread with creme fraiche and guacamole. Arrange lettuce leaves and bacon on the guacamole and top with the remaining slices of bread. Cut the sandwiches diagonally and serve 2 per person.
