Prawn And Mango Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp oil
8 None raw prawns, peeled, de-veined and chopped
1 None lemon, 1/2 juiced, 1/2 cut into wedges
1 None ripe mango (about 600g), peeled, stoned and diced
1/2 None vanilla pod, seeds scraped out with the back of a knife
Preparation

Heat oil in a frying pan and saute prawns for 2-3 mins. Add 1 tbsp lemon juice and season. Transfer to a bowl, add mango and vanilla bean seeds and season. Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
