Ocean Star - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 oz gin
3 oz blue curacao liqueur
1 1/2 oz coconut liqueur
3 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp sugar syrup or honey
None None Ice, for serving
None None Star fruit slices, for garnish

Preparation

Combine the gin, curacao, coconut liqueur, lime juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Stir with a long spoon until the mixture is very cold. Strain into four cocktail glasses and garnish each with a slice of star fruit.
