Beef Steaks With Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs beef tenderloin, cut into 4 steaks
    7 oz button mushrooms, thinly sliced
    1 cup heavy cream
    1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
    2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
    Heat a grill pan or large skillet on medium-high heat. Place the steaks on a plate and season, then drizzle with olive oil on both sides. Cook the steaks, turning, until cooked to desired doneness. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
    Saute the mushrooms in the same pan for 1-2 mins, stirring, until cooked. Stir in the cream and mustard; bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low; simmer for 5 mins until the sauce reduces slightly.
    Serve the steaks with the sauce drizzled over.
