Grilled Vegetable Skewers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 tsp garlic herb seasoning
2 tbsp minced fresh basil leaves
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
4 ears fresh corn, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 None large zucchini, cut into 1 inch half moons
12 None baby sweet bell peppers
1 None medium red onion, cut into wedges
Preparation

Preheat grill. Whisk together butter, seasoning, basil and lemon juice. Thread vegetables onto metal skewers, alternating colors. Brush with seasoned butter mixture. Grill for 6 mins, turning 3 times. Serve with remaining butter.
