Caramelized Onion, Tomato And Olive Tapenade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    2 None onions, sliced
    4 oz sun-dried tomatoes, drained
    4.5 oz black olives, pitted
    1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
    None None sliced baguette, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a pan over low heat. Cook onions for 30 mins, stirring, until tender and caramelized. Let cool for 10 mins.
    Transfer onions to a food processor along with sun-dried tomatoes, olives and chili flakes, if using. Pulse to a coarse paste. Season with black pepper. Serve with baguette.
