Layered Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb baking potatoes, unpeeled, cut into thin slices with a mandoline or sharp knife
    7 tbsp butter, melted
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    6 None green onions, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Line bottoms of four 1-cup metal molds or ovenproof ramekins with parchment paper.
    Pat potatoes dry with paper towels. Place a few potato slices in each mold. Combine remaining ingredients and dot a little over potatoes. Continue layering, finishing with potato. Cover each mold with foil. Place on baking pan.
    Bake for 30 mins, or until tender. Let stand for 5 mins before turning out and serving.
