Tortilla Beef Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None large, soft flour tortillas
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 None onion, finely chopped
    1 lb ground beef
    1 oz envelope chilli seasoning mix
    14 oz can five bean mix, drained, rinsed
    1 None large egg, beaten
    1/2 cup Chedder cheese, grated
    None None salsa, to serve
    None None sour cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease 4 x 3-inch shallow pie pans. Lightly coat tortillas on both sides with olive oil. Push into pans, or arrange overlapping if using 1 larger pan. Bake 10 mins, until crisp.
    Meanwhile, heat oil in frying pan on high and saute onion 2-3 mins. Add beef and brown well, about 5 mins. Stir in chili seasoning mix and 1 cup water. Simmer 5-10 mins, stirring occasionally. Stir in beans, remove from heat and cool. Stir in egg.
    To assemble, spoon mixture into prepared pan or pans, smoothing the top. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 15-20 mins, until cheese is melted. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
