Avocado Sour Cream Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 None large avocado, flesh scooped out
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped, plus a few leaves to garnish
1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped
2 tbsp sour cream

Preparation

Place the avocado, lime juice, cilantro, garlic and sour cream in a bowl and blend together with an immersion blender. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with the extra cilantro leaves to serve.
