Raspberry Meringues - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            2 None egg whites
1/2 cup granulated sugar
24 None whole fresh raspberries
Preparation
- 
                            Preheat oven to 200\u00b0F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Whip egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Gradually add sugar, whisking, until smooth, firm and glossy. Transfer to a piping bag with a large tip and pipe 24 small flat blobs onto prepared trays. Place a raspberry in the center of each meringue then cover with more meringue. Bake for 2 hours.
