Smoked Salmon Pasta With Asparagus, Capers And Arugula - cooking recipe

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 lb asparagus, trimmed, sliced thinly
14 oz angel hair pasta
1/3 lb smoked salmon, sliced thinly
2 tbsp baby capers, draine
1 oz chives, finely chopped
3 oz baby arugula
1 None lemon, cut into wedges
Preparation

Heat the oil in a small frying pan and cook the asparagus, stirring, until just tender.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water until just tender. Drain well and return to pan.
To assemble, add asparagus to pasta along with salmon, capers, chives, arugula and salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
