Rosemary French Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups cooking oil, for deep-frying
    8-12 None medium-sized potatoes, cut into French fries
    5 sprigs fresh rosemary, needles chopped
Preparation
    Heat oil in a saucepan to 350\u00b0F. Deep-fry potatoes for 5 mins, until light brown. Drain on paper towels. Season and toss with chopped rosemary.
