Easy Antipasti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups baby arugula
    1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
    1 cup bocconcini
    1 cup smoked mozzarella, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1 cup marinated mushrooms, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1 cup marinated eggplant, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1 cup sliced bell pepper
    None None lightly toasted sliced ciabatta bread, to serve
Preparation
    Cover a large serving platter with arugula. Top with remaining ingredients.
    Serve with ciabatta.
