Honey Ginger Crunchies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp butter
    1 tbsp honey
    2 1/8 cups cornflakes
    .75 oz flaked almonds, roasted
    2 oz candied ginger, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line two 12-hole mini muffin pans with foil liners.
    Melt butter with honey in small saucepan. Combine butter mixture with cornflakes, almonds and ginger in large bowl.
    Drop level tablespoons of mixture into each liner. Bake about 10 mins or until golden. Cool in pans.
