Chicken Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None zucchini, grated, excess liquid squeezed out, drained on paper towels.
    1 None carrot, grated
    1 lb ground chicken
    1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
    1/2 cup can corn kernels, drained, rinsed
    1 None large egg, lightly beaten
    1 tbsp canola oil
    None None toasted hamburger rolls, lettuce leaves, cucumber and tomato slices and ketchup, to serve
Preparation
    Combine zucchini, carrot, ground chicken, breadcrumbs, corn and egg in a bowl. Shape into 6 burgers.
    Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook burgers for 5 mins per side, until browned and cooked through.
    Serve burgers with toasted rolls, lettuce, cucumber and tomato slices and ketchup.
