Herbed Popovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 tsp vegetable oil
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp salt
2 None large eggs
1 cup whole milk
1 tbsp fresh chopped chives
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin pan then add 1/2 tsp oil to each cavity.
In a blender, combine flour, salt, eggs and milk. Process until smooth then set aside for 1 hour at room temperature.
Stir chives into batter. Place muffin pan in oven for 5 mins. Remove from oven and immediately fill each cavity 1/2-full with batter. Bake for 20-30 mins, until puffed and golden brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm.
