Café De Cuba - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 cup super fine sugar
2 cups freshly brewed coffee
2/3 cup white rum
3 tsp lime juice
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 slices lime with coffee powder, for decoration
Preparation

Dissolve the sugar in the coffee then allow to cool.
Add rum and lime juice then pour into 2 glasses. Top with a dollop of cream and decorate the glass with a slice of lime, powdered with coffee.
