Peach Beach Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 slice ripe peach
1/4 cup lime juice
1 dash peach liqueur
1/2 cup dry champagne, chilled
None None fresh mint, for garnish

Preparation

Place the peach slice in a tall glass. Pour in the lime juice and liqueur then add chilled champagne. Serve garnished with mint.
