Hot Chocolate And Hazelnut Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup milk
    5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
    1 None egg, lightly beaten
    1 cup self-rising flour
    3/4 cup ground hazelnuts
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    10 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    2 cups boiling water
    None None Powdered sugar, to dust
    None None Light cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a 9 inch round fluted 6-cup baking dish. Place on a baking pan.
    Mix milk, butter and egg in a small bowl. Mix flour, ground hazelnuts, granulated sugar and 6 tbsp cocoa powder in a large bowl. Stir in milk mixture until well blended. Spoon into prepared dish, smoothing top with a spatula. Mix brown sugar and remaining 4 tbsp cocoa powder. Sprinkle evenly over top. Gradually pour boiling water over pudding.
    Bake for 30-35 mins or until pudding springs back when lightly touched. Remove from oven. Let stand for 2-3 mins before serving. Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately with cream.
