Shrimp And Peach Skewers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None lemon, peel finely grated and lemon juiced
    1 None lime, peel finely grated and lime juiced
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tsp honey
    1 tsp cracked black pepper
    2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails intact
    6 None peaches, cut into wedges
    6 None green onions, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
    8 None bamboo skewers, soaked (to avoid burning)
Preparation
    Combine peels, juices, oil, garlic, honey and pepper in a large bowl. Add shrimp, turning to coat. Marinate for at least 10 mins.
    Thread shrimp, peach pieces and onions alternately onto skewers. Heat a grill pan on medium-high heat or preheat the grill to medium.
    Grill skewers 3-5 mins each side, until cooked through. Serve immediately.
