Apple And Seed Slaw With Macadamia Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp macadamia oil
    4 tbsp lemon juice
    1 None apple, cut into matchsticks
    1 cup snow pea sprouts, chopped coarsely
    1/2 cup fresh mung beans
    1/4 None napa cabbage, finely shredded
    1 None carrot, coarsely grated
    6 None green onions, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives
    2 tbsp sunflower seed kernels
    2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Preparation
    For the macadamia dressing, whisk macadamia oil and 2 tbsp of the lemon juice in a small bowl. Season to taste.
    Toss the apple and remaining 2 tbsp lemon juice in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and dressing; toss gently to combine.
