12 None prepared pancakes (homemade or frozen)
6 tbsp (3/4 stick) butter, at room temperature
2 tbsp powdered sugar, plus additional to serve
1 tbsp maple syrup, plus additional to serve
1/3 cup finely chopped macadamia nuts
Preparation

If using frozen pancakes, heat as directed.
Beat butter in a small bowl an electric mixer until creamy. Add sugar and syrup; beat until well blended. Stir in nuts.
Served stacked pancakes spread with butter mixture. Drizzle with additional syrup and sprinkle with additional powdered sugar.
