Ice Cream With Chocolate Peanut Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None full-size Snickers bars, roughly chopped
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    2 tbsp coffee liqueur
    4 cups vanilla ice cream, to serve
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, stir Snickers and heavy cream over medium heat, without boiling, until chocolate melts and sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat and stir in liqueur. Let stand for 5 mins before serving drizzled over scoops of ice cream.
