Creepy Eyeball Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 cup chopped basil
    1 None egg, lightly beaten
    2 tbsp tomato paste
    2 None green onions, thinly sliced
    20 None stuffed green olives, halved
    None None Tomato sauce, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Line 2 baking pans with foil.
    Combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, tomatoes, basil, egg, tomato paste and onion in a large bowl. Season to taste and mix well.
    Using wet hands, shape level tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls. Place on prepared pans. Press a half olive into each meatball. Refrigerate for 20 mins.
    Spray meatballs with no stick cooking spray. Bake for 15-20 mins, until golden and cooked through. Serve meatballs with tomato sauce.
