Harissa Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
    2 tsp sambal olek chili sauce
    1 None small red chili pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
    1 tsp ground coriander
    1 tsp ground cumin
    2 1/4 lbs Rib eye steak, trimmed
    None None salad, to serve
Preparation
    For the harissa, mix the oil, garlic, sambol olek, chili pepper and spices in a small bowl.
    Place the beef in a roasting pan. Rub half the harissa on beef, then cover and leave to marinate for 30 mins. Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Roast beef for 30-40 mins or until cooked as desired. Cover loosely with foil and let rest for 15 mins. Slice and serve with remaining harissa and salad.
