Warm Bean And Lentil Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup French green lentils
    1 lb baby green beans, trimmed
    2 None tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
    None None FOR THE VINAIGRETTE
    1 None shallot, finely chopped
    1 tbsp Dijon mustard
    2 tbsp white wine vinegar
    2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
    Cook lentils, uncovered, in medium saucepan of boiling water for 15 mins or until just tender; drain.
    Meanwhile, for the vinaigrette, whisk shallot, mustard and vinegar in small bowl. Gradually add oil, whisking to combine.
    Boil, steam or microwave green beans until just tender; drain.
    Place lentils, green beans, tomato and chives in a large bowl. Drizzle with vinaigrette; toss gently to combine.
