Herring Salad With Yogurt Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sprigs fresh dill, finely chopped
    3 tbsp plain yogurt
    3 tbsp 2% milk
    1-2 tsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp fresh cranberries
    1 None small apple, cored, sliced
    1 None small red onion, finely sliced
    8.75 oz mackerel fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
Preparation
    Whisk together dill, yogurt, milk and lemon juice. Toss with remaining ingredients. Arrange on serving plates and garnish with dill.
