Warm Pea And Feta Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz frozen peas
2 tbsp mint, finely shredded
5 oz Feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
1/4 cup plain Greek-style yogurt
2 None small wholewheat pita pockets, spilt and cut into wedges
None None mixed raw vegetable sticks, to serve
Preparation

Cook peas in a saucepan of boiling salted water for 3 mins or until heated through. Drain. Process in a food processor with the mint, cheese, lemon juice, oil and yogurt until almost smooth. Season with pepper and serve with the pita wedges and vegetable sticks.
