Chocolate Crepes With Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup flour
    2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tbsp sugar
    2/3 cup milk
    1 tbsp brandy
    2 None eggs
4 tbsp butter; 2 tbsp melted
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
    1/4 cup heavy cream
None None Vanilla ice cream, to serve
Preparation
For the crepes, sift flour, cocoa powder and sugar into a bowl. Whisk milk, brandy and eggs in a bowl. Slowly whisk milk mixture into flour mixture until smooth.
Heat an 8 inch nonstick skillet on medium heat. Brush with a little of the melted butter. Pour about 1/3 cup of batter into pan. Quickly swirl and tilt pan to coat bottom. Cook crepe for 1 min on each side. Transfer to a plate; cover to keep warm. Wipe pan clean. Repeat, using remaining melted butter and batter to make 8 crepes. Fold crepes into quarters (triangles), then divide among serving plates. Cover to keep warm.
For the hot fudge sauce, place chocolate, cream and remaining 2 tbsp butter in a small saucepan on low heat. Cook and stir for 3 mins or until melted and smooth. Pour hot fudge sauce over crepes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
