Grilled Baby Octopus Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 None baby octopus, cleaned
    1 cup sweet chili sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tbsp olive oil
    None None sea salt and cracked black pepper
    4 None Lebanese bread or other flat bread
    1 cup tomato sauce
    32 None baby bocconcini balls
    None None hand full basil leaves
Preparation
    Preheat grill on high.
    Prepare octopus by removing hoods and slicing into rounds, cut legs into 2 pieces. Place baby octopus, Sweet chili, garlic and oil into mixing bowl and toss to combine, Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Grill octopus for 1-2 mins to par-cook. Remove from heat and reduce heat to medium-low
    Spread the tomato sauce evenly over bread rounds and top with par-cooked octopus and dot with bocconcini. Cook with lid down for 5-7 mins until cheese is melted and octopus is fully cooked.
    Remove pizza from heat. Sprinkle with basil leaves, salt and pepper. Slice before serving.
