Teriyaki Beef Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb sirloin steak, trimmed, very thinly sliced
    2 tbsp teriyaki marinade
    2 tsp peanut oil
    6 None bread rolls
    2 tbsp mayonnaise
    2 oz mixed baby greens
    -1 None Salsa
    5 oz diced fresh pineapple
    1 None small cucumber, diced
    2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro leaves
    2 tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves
    1 None long red chili, seeded, finely chopped
Preparation
    In a shallow dish, combine beef and teriyaki. Cover and marinate for 30 mins.
    Heat oil in a large wok over high heat. Working in batches, stir-fry beef for 2-3 mins, or until cooked to your liking.
    Spread mayonnaise over rolls and top with mixed greens. Divide beef between rolls. Combine remaining ingredients then sprinkle over sandwiches to serve.
