Lamb And Couscous Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup couscous
    1/4 cup chopped cilantro
    1 tbsp olive oil
    5 oz lamb leg steak, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
    1 medium red onion, cut into wedges
    1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
    1 tsp ground coriander
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1/4 tsp ground turmeric
    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 cup plain yogurt
    1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Place couscous in a small bowl; stir in 3/4 cup boiling water. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Add cilantro; fluff with a fork to separate grains.
    Heat a wok or large skillet on high heat. Add oil; swirl to coat bottom and sides. Stir-fry lamb for 1-2 mins or until browned. Add onion and zucchini; stir-fry for 1-2 mins or until just tender.
    Add spices, couscous and salt; stir-fry for 1 min or until heated through.
    Mix yogurt and garlic in a bowl. Spoon lamb mixture into serving bowls. Serve topped with yogurt.
