Almond-Crusted Trout - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None whole trouts, cleaned, heads removed (each about 13 oz)
    4 tbsp all purpose flour
    1 None egg, beaten
    5 oz flaked almonds
    4 tbsp butter
    None None Boiled potatoes and green salad, to serve
Preparation
    Season the fish with salt and black pepper. Roll in the flour and tap off any excess. Dip in the egg, then roll in the almonds.
    Melt 2 tbsp butter in each of 2 frying pans and fry 2 trouts per pan over a medium heat for 5-6 mins per side. Arrange on plates and drizzle over the cooking juices. Serve with boiled potatoes and a green salad.
