Tuna Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz elbow macaroni
    6 oz green beans, trimmed and halved lengthwise
    1 None fresh long red chili pepper, finely chopped (optional)
    2 tsp olive oil
    2 tbsp red wine vinegar
    2 tsp wholegrain mustard
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
    2 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
    2 tbsp fresh basil leaves
    8 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 medium red pepper, thinly sliced
    2 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water, drained and flaked
Preparation
    Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water according to package directions. Add the green beans to the pan for the last 2 mins of pasta cooking time, then drain. Rinse under cold water.
    For the dressing, whisk the chili pepper, oil, vinegar and mustard in a small bowl.
    Combine the pasta, green beans, herbs, tomato, pepper, tuna and dressing in a large bowl and toss gently.
