Breakfast Beans With Bacon, Sausages And Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
4 slices bacon, coarsely chopped
1 None medium Spanish onion, coarsely chopped
1 clove garlic, coarsely chopped
2 (13.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp mustard powder
2 (13.5 oz) cans butter beans, rinsed, drained
12 None chipolata sausages
6 None large eggs
Preparation

Heat oil in a frying pan. Cook bacon, onion and garlic, stirring, until onion softens. Add tomatoes, 1 cup water, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder and beans. Cook, covered, for 20 mins.
Meanwhile, cook sausages and eggs in an oiled frying pan until sausages are cooked through and egg white has set.
Serve beans with sausages and eggs.
