White And Sweet Potato Mash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
    1 1/3 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
    3 tbsp butter, at room temperature
    1-2 tsp seasoned salt
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tbsp fresh chopped thyme
Preparation
    Cook russet potatoes in a large saucepan of boiling water for 10 mins. Add sweet potatoes; continue cooking for 10 mins until both potatoes are tender.
    Drain; mash. Fold in butter, seasoning, garlic and thyme. Season to taste. Serve with jerk chicken.
