Horseradish Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup whole milk
    1/4 cup unsalted butter
    4 tsp prepared horseradish
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender, around 12-15 mins. Drain. Return to pot and mash with remaining ingredients. Season.
