Pesto-Marinated Chicken Drumsticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
    2 bunches fresh basil
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely diced
    1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
    2/3 cup olive oil
    1/2 None lemon, juiced
    8 None chicken drumsticks
Preparation
    For the pesto, pulse the pine nuts with the basil, garlic and cheese. Gradually drizzle in the oil and lemon juice. Toss with the drumsticks. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
    Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Place the drumsticks in a baking dish and bake for about 30 mins. Turn on the broiler and broil the drumsticks for another 5 mins. Let cool slightly before serving.
