Creamy Beet And Radish Purée - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 None small red onion, peeled and roughly chopped
1 clove garlic, peeled and roughly chopped
12 None radishes, 7 roughly chopped, 5 cut into thin strips
1/3 cup cooked beets
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tsp lemon juice
2 sprigs fresh chervil, leaves stripped from stems
1 tsp olive oil
Preparation

Place the onion, garlic, chopped radishes, beets, cream, and 1 tsp lemon juice in a blender and puree. Season with salt and black pepper. In a bowl, mix the radish sliced, chervil, oil, and 1 tsp lemon juice.
Spoon the puree into 6 glasses and top with the chervil mixture. Serve immediately.
