Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp honey
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp fresh chopped mint
1 lb fresh peas, blanched
1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes, plus 2 whole radishes for garnish
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 tbsp fresh chopped dill
3 cups fresh pea shoots
Preparation

In a large bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, oil and mint. Season. Add peas, sliced radishes, feta and dill and toss to combine. Arrange pea shoots on a serving platter and spoon pea salad over top. Garnish with radishes.
